Free Returns:At Breathe and Chill Candles, we want you to be completely satisfied with your purchase. That's why we offer free returns on all orders. If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase, you can return it within 30 days of delivery for a full refund or exchange.

• Items must be returned in their original condition, unused, and with all original packaging and tags.

How to Return:

2. Our team will provide you with a prepaid return shipping label.
3. Pack the items securely in the original packaging and affix the provided return label to the package.
4. Drop off the package at the nearest shipping location.

Refunds:

• Once we receive your returned item, we will inspect it and process your refund within 5-7 business days.
• Refunds will be issued to the original payment method used during the purchase.
• Please note that it may take additional time for the refund to appear on your bank or credit card statement.

Exchanges:
